We focus on community wellness, bridging the cultural gap for the African Diaspora, and spiritual empowerment for black and indigenous women of color. By preserving and promoting indigenous and African-based spiritual traditions, Isis Moon aims to serve as a transformative platform where the Diaspora can reconnect with their cultural roots and women can embrace their inner goddess to step into their full power. This journey not only allows us to build lasting legacies and break generational cycles but also empowers future descendants to thrive.
Through the provision of wholistic tools, resources, and community support, Isis Moon will be a key catalyst in inspiring the African Diaspora to live enhanced lives while encouraging global recognition of the Divine Feminine and igniting an ancestral cultural renaissance.
The Mission
What is Isis Moon and the Mission?
Isis Moon is a Healing House. It is a spiritual oasis, cultural organization, and a wholistic wellness center headed by Queen Janiqwa "Nqwamary" Nganga. Isis Moon is a sacred space--both virtual and physical--that supports the African Diaspora in reconnecting with ancestral wisdom, while also providing women with tools to activate their womb power and rise through wholistic rituals, cultural awareness, leadership skills, and spiritual elevation.
Our mission is to enrich the lives of others by offering services and products that promote self-care, uplift culture, and heal the mind, body, and spirit. We encourage spiritual development and personal growth by supporting individuals to align with their higher self, providing wholistic skills to navigate life's challenges, and raise awareness of various indigenous cultures. Isis Moon is available to ALL, with specific emphasis on the African Diaspora and women of color. We bridge the gap between the African Diaspora and its cultural-spiritual roots, while guiding Black and Brown women back to the wholeness of their true divine selves.
What Problem Is Isis Moon Solving?
The Problem
Isis Moon is addressing the disconnection that individuals of the African Diaspora experience from their cultural and spiritual roots. Due to historical oppression and colonization, many have been distanced from ancestral traditions, practices, cultural background, and a sense of identity.

In addition, women across all backgrounds today carry immense responsibilities—balancing career, family, and community—often without access to spaces intentionally designed for their restoration, renewal, and personal empowerment. Isis Moon exists to fill this gap. While the Black woman stands as the original Mother of humanity, many of her daughters have been disconnected from the depth of their power and remain among the most unsupported, overextended, and unacknowledged. Behind countless stories of success, too many suffer in silence—burdened by chronic burnout, illness, emotional exhaustion, mental strain, and a lingering sense of unfulfilled purpose.
The Solution
Isis Moon solves this by creating space where women—particularly those from historically underrepresented communities—can reconnect with their cultural heritage, nurture themselves, embrace their spiritual power, and heal from generational trauma. Through wholistic wellness, spiritual guidance, and culturally informed practices, Isis Moon also empowers individuals in general to reclaim the divine feminine essence, manifest their highest potential, bring wholeness and healing to the mind-body-spirit-soul, and create lasting transformation.​

In addition, Isis Moon raises awareness of various indigenous cultures by being deeply dedicated to educating and empowering our communities about such things as African based spiritual systems. We are committed to dispelling misconceptions, shifting negative connotations around words like Hoodoo, and reclaiming the true essence of these sacred practices. These customs are rooted in ancestral wisdom, healing, and liberation. Through cultural reconnection, knowledge-sharing, and spiritual empowerment, Isis Moon will break the stigma and restore the sacredness of such traditions.
